Onsite Catering

Whether it’s a quick coffee break or an elaborate gala, you can be confident that our expert Philadelphia catering team will take care of every detail. Their repertoire of options includes: pre-meeting breakfast, offering everything from breakfast buffets with buttermilk pancakes or thick-sliced cinnamon French toast to a plated all-American breakfast with smoked bacon and crispy potatoes; unique coffee break solutions from assorted fruit yogurts to Philly soft pretzels served with cheese fondue; delightful lunches, such as the bistro buffet or a variety of plated entrees with soup and salads; spectacular hors d’oeuvres with a mix of hot and cold choices, like filet au poivre over baby arugula, hoisin scallops wrapped in bacon and brie en croute with spicy walnuts; classic buffets, plated dinners, including appetizers, fresh salads, entrees and desserts and chef stations, that allow guests to interact with the chefs and watch as they prepare the food.

Each diner is offered a choice from four options, allowing them to choose the main course that best suits his or her own taste. As the meeting planner, you select the appetizers, salad and dessert.
