Our Philadelphia meeting facilities offer a variety of spaces to suit your needs. Choose from exhibit halls to boardrooms and every venue in between. No matter what space at Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing you choose for your meeting, rest assured that your guests will enjoy the experience possible during their stay in Philadelphia.
To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our meeting spaces and banquet facilities offer individual controls for climate, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audio-visual equipment, and 120V single-phase and 208V single-phase electricity.
Second Floor
Grand Ballroom
Floor to ceiling windows in our 7,412-square-foot Grand Ballroom showcase panoramic views of the Delaware River, and stylish wood paneled walls provide a comfortable atmosphere for your event. Host an elegant reception for up to 1,000 guests or a banquet for 500 in this outstanding venue. The adjacent foyer can be used to serve a continental breakfast buffet, or set up with extra tables with hand-outs for your meeting.
Columbus Ballroom
The windows of our Columbus Ballroom display exceptional views of the riverfront, boat basin, International Sculpture Garden and the Walt Whitman Bridge, making this a very desirable location for events of all sizes. Lead an interactive training session for 150 in a classroom setting, or moderate a panel discussion in a theater setting for 425. Columbus Ballroom can also be divided into three separate rooms, and includes an additional foyer that can be used for meeting registration or as a gathering / buffet area.
U.S.S. New Jersey / U.S.S. Olympia
Located in between the Columbus Ballroom and Grand Ballroom, these two identical rooms can be used as breakout rooms from the larger meetings, VIP lounges, luncheon areas or meeting planner “headquarters” during your company event. Each room features large windows overlooking the river, and can accommodate as many as 40 guests, depending upon the set up.
Third Floor
Riverview Room
Our 2,496-square-foot Riverview Room features large picture windows overlooking the Delaware River and the New Jersey riverfront, including the Adventure Aquarium. Our meeting planners can arrange this facility as a classroom, theater, U-shape or hollow square – with maximum capacity of 250 guests - depending on your Philadelphia event’s requirements.
William Penn Boardroom
This classically style executive conference room features an oversized, round conference table, comfortable leather armchairs, state-of-the-art technology and an adjacent private lounge. Host an executive committee meeting for 14, then adjourn to the lounge for an elegant lunch served on the finest china.
Washington
Perfect for small to mid-sized gatherings, this elegant venue can easily accommodate several set-ups. Use the entire room to introduce a new product to your sales team, in a classroom setting for 50. When divided in half, each space can be utilized for private luncheons, brainstorming sessions or committee meetings.
